it is a download manager. it is auto use. www.freeza.nl use it. no it is not like torrent because you dont download off other people

It is a download manager but its a download manager that run with the program anti-leech. you can just get anit-leech if you want but for better speeds use netpumper. It is not like bittorrent in that it is not a sharing software and doesnt go 4kb per sec.
