History dates in Jax

Folks, Was contacted by a gentleman the other day trying to document the dates many buildings and structures in the north Riverside area of Jacksonville were constructed. A local historian directed him to me for railroad questions. Specifically, #1, at West Jax Yard, along Warrington Street, just to the left of the old division headquarters and the dispatching center is a block building. Originally a laboratory?, later a classroom, now part of security?, can anyone verify this was built in 1953? #2, When was the concrete structure on the "A" line over McCoy Creek and McCoy Boulevard built? Any info would be helpful. Thanks, William Billy
