whosoever shall speak against the Holy Spirit

Matthew 12 32 And whosoever shall have spoken a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him; but whosoever shall speak against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this age nor in the coming [one].

I thought all sins are forgiveble but in this line it says other wise, please explain .?

To sin against the Holy Spirit is to despair that it is possible for your sins to be forgiven. It follows that you won't confess them so they won't be forgiven.

Or, to add a slightly different angle from what Steve said, any sin that is repented can be forgiven. The Holy Spirit is the source of the grace of repentance. Therefore if we reject the Holy Spirit's influence in our lives ("speak against" here means more than just making a disrespectful comment) we cut ourselves off from the source of the grace of repentance. Therefore we cannot repent of this sin as long as we persist in our rejection of grace; therefore it cannot be forgiven.

but if someone does that literally and later feels trully sorry and askes forgiveness will he been forgiven?

and as not ,will he ever can get in the Kingdom of God with this sin unforgiven?

Anyone who repents and seeks forgiveness is forgiven. Of that we can be certain. Jesus told us we must forgive one another "seventy times seven times" (Matt 18;21-22) In other words, every time someone sins against us. Would God be less forgiving than He requires us to be?

Martin, the unforgiveable sin is when someone dies in a state of blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, that is fully rejecting God's leading in his/her life. This person thus dies rejecting God's gift of salvation.

No sin can enter heaven. (Rev. 21:27) Thus, when people sin without completely rejecting God (ie. sin venially), and die without repenting, they must be cleansed in order to enter heaven. This is the purpose of purgatory, for it is out of His mercy that He offers this so that we can enter His presence. Remember, no sin at all is allowed in heaven. However, if people sin by fully rejecting God (ie. sinning mortally), and die without repenting, they will go to hell.
