Uhmm.... Why?

They are both for multi audio ripps so why convert them? Plus OGG is not being developed anymore, MKV still gets improvements added to it so'll stick with MKV if i were you.

It is because I cannot seperate Eng and Jap sound in MKV.

Well in that case download the right codec!

MKV is actually a better format anyways. I recomend K-Lite Codec Pack plus Media Player Classic (NOT Windows Media Player) If you HAVE to use OGMs even after you tried the above solutions, including the above post, then use VirtualDubMod to switch the formats.
