cd copy displaying message requires a higher capacity disk

I have a vcd. when I am trying to make a duplicate copy of that vcd in nero-6 burning software I am prompting with a message to insert a higher capacity disk although i am using 700mb blank dik.

If the disc is really larger than 700MB, you'll either need to get a 90/99 minute CD-R (warning: This is not a "standard" CD and may not work or may damage your recorder if you try to burn it) - or you'll need to set Nero to overburn the CD. See the warning above about that.

Or, your install of Nero could be messed up somehow. Open the disc in a Windows file browser and do a "properties" on all the files and folders on the disc. If the size is less than 700MB, then you have a Nero install that's messed up.
