there's only 12 eps and an OVA. There's also a sequel with 12 eps and an OVA, mayber that's where you're getting the 26 from? The sequel doesn't have that much to do with the first though, it has completely different characters. Even the characters left from the first series have different personality traits in my opinion. The sequel is called "Please Twins" if you're wondering.
