Since the two groups that finished and almost finish getbackers doesn't distribute licensed anime, they stopped the torrent for those. You'll need to find a popular tracker site.

I have been searching and searching, but can't find it. So far the only place to get it is on E-Mule, but even when I checked there I didn't see all the episodes.
