I always do Examination of Conscience before Confession

lets say i have 10 sins which i recalled i went in the box i remembered only 7 then i end my confession,i receive my penance but as i was doing my penance i remeber the other sins i forgot

should i go straight back in immeadiately or wait for next sesssion to confess the forgotten sin?

Mention them the next time you go to Confession, if they are serious matters. If you sincerely forgot to mention them (as opposed to avoiding mentioning them), they are forgiven. However, if something is truly grave matter, you are not likely to forget it, especially if you just examined your conscience. If you do seem to have a problem remembering everything you should confess, write them down. Then you won't forget.

And if you write them down make sure you destroy the list after you are absolved of your sins.

On the other hand, I know a good number of people that keep a little diary to track these things, and record victories too. It helps them modify their behavior for the better over the long term. It also helps to do a sincere examination of conscience at the end of every day.

Buy "Catechism of the Catholic Church" and read every day. talk to the Blessed Mother and ask for help with your confession.
