This is very easy once you know how, but the procedure for locking the doors isn't very well explained to a new user. I was using the door locks rather than the card access, and had to call an operator to figure out why the doors wouldn't lock from the outside.

A better explanation on how to lock the doors would reduce help desk calls and reduce user frustration.
