fullmoon. Thoes 8 file are not manga they are tv eps. What you need is the codec filter pack. Read the top of the page blackcat gave you. I've copyed the text below

Special Files --------------------------------------------------------------------- ----------- Anime-4ever Filter Pack, Dated June 3, 2004 - Only Compatible with MPClassic and Core Media Player (Links below) Please note that the filter pack torrents have a webseed defined in them that, with supported clients (currently only known supported clients are shad0w based, problems have been reported with BitTornado 0.3.0 and 0.3.1, BitTornado 0.2.0 and 0.3.3 [As well as ABC 2.6.7 and up] are the latest confirmed working clients for webseeding), will ALWAYS complete even when no seeds are listed on the tracker

Click on Anime-4ever Filter Pack, Dated June 3, 2004 to download the codec pack, when you downloaded it install it and reboot the computer and you should be able to play the MKV file.

As the text says you may need to download MPlayer also on the anime 4 ever web site under players heading.
