What is usually speed of download rate? Are 2-3 too slow?

If your on 56k then its fast enough. If your on boardband then it's slow.

Make sure your not blocking bit torrent ports and your connected to the net directly and make sure your upload is not set to the lowest (3k) If your upload is 128 then set it to 10k if it's 256 then set it to 20k.

Other than that there's nothing you can do.

what one are you using? there's different kinds...I use bittornado and if the light is green that means your not behind a firewall or anything but if you're using the original one I don't know how to tell if it's going at full speed or not lol and if it is bt might seem slow at first but it really isn't since more people will probably seed over time and you should have the whole anime within a week (maybe less) or two if you keep it running a lot

download shareaza at shareaza.com and then try to download .torrents. i have dsl too and i can dl it at 150-200kb which is much faster than using a bittorent client. email me if it works for u
