Well u listed Tsubasa, so u probably heard of Chobits, I mean its right on the cover. But if you haven't then I recommend you pick up chobits, it funny, romance, hilarious. You should love it instintly.

Some of my personal favorites are Bleach and Black Cat (non-romance tho... just funny and really good action), hunter x hunter, Houshin Engi and One piece are along the same genre as well. Devil and Devil start off as a pretty funny action manga, but turn a bit powerhording as you progress along...

bittorrent's the best way I think... maybe over a filesharing network like kazaa, but those suck... You oughtta get bittorrent, it's easy, and easily the best way to download large files without eating up bandwidth... (i.e. me and my roommate downloaded Fable for XBox, a 2.3 gig file in 2 days) Very simple to use too... just download the client, install it, and restart your computer. Everything else should be automatic...
