what is it? I have been told that it is some chat. And people say that you can get alot manga from there. Yeh, how are you going to get manga from chat??? Someone please tell me what the heck is it and how can you get manga from there!

You should read the guide at ronin.soldats.net, d/l an irc client in http://www.mirc.com. If you are not too good with computers it'll take a long while to learn. But in the end, it's worth it.

You don't have to pay for mirc. Even after 30 days it'll still let you use it for free.
