I was bequeathed a carved marble tiger (about 2 feet long a foot high) and attributed to Hans paur circa 1920;Munich (on the antique dealers tag). My father purchased it for about a thousand dollars around 1985 in Toronto, Ontario from Agnes Gillespie Antiques. I have been unable to verify the artist over the internet and wonder if it is a valid piece?
