That would be hard, since the only group translating it only distributes it on irc, and it's not too popular either. Having someone put it up on websites is going to be rare.

acctually, i know one website, http://www15.brinkster.com/sakuramagic/index.html but it's not downloadable and the size of the picture is not 100% so it's hard to read. well, is there any ways to read it on 100% big?
