Can somebody please help me with this problem. I got a anime file that say that it's a DVD file (and I try to watch it with WMP) but it doesn't work. And I don't have a DVD on my pc, so I don't know what kind of player I need to watch it.

Probably a dvd rip. Try to install codecs first. Download and install "K-Lite Codec Pack 2.27 Full" and see if it works.
