I am house planning and one of the things I want is operable windows that will be used during moderate weather and I also want to avoid ductwork and forced air heating and cooling. Radiant heat is a good option for the heating but I'm having trouble coming up with a cooling design. Are there any practical options to forced air cooling in a temperate normal humidty climate using these kinds of windows?
