Hi, How can one find out if a person was married in a catholic church many years ago if it was done in another state. Also how does one obtan a baptismal record if the church is no longer there due to a fire? Thanks

Answers

To obtain a Baptism record contact the Diocese that the church was in. They are all kept on file in the Diocese that the parish was in. And the same with the marriage,but i think you must know the Diocese. Hope this helps... Pax Christi
