Website Problems

Is anyone else having problems making a reservation with the zipcar website? If I go in to www.zipcar.com, there isn't any link to make a reserveration. If I go to my preferences screen, and then select "reserve", I get bumped into a screen called "card activation" This is VERY annoying!!!

I see you also have a mac.com address. I've had no problems with Firefox or Safari on OSX 10.2.8. What browser/OS are you using?

I'm using Safari 1.2.3 on OS X 10.3.5. Right now, I cannot use MSIE, nor can I use Safari under any other computer other than the laptop on which I activated the zipcar card. If I paste in the URL http://www.zipcar.com/boston/reservations into MSIE or a Safari browser running on a different computer, then I get redirected to http://www.zipcar.com/ members/card-activation?return_url=%2fboston%2freservations%2f&as%5fuser%5fid=

And there is NOTHING on that page to do with reservations.

It sounds like you need to log in and make sure your browsers are accepting cookies. For what it's worth, it's not a problem with all Macs or specific browsers. I'm always automatically redirected to the reservations page whenever I go to zipcar.com. But if the cookies ever get erased from the computer, I'll end up at a more generic page urging me to log in. This works on multiple computers...once I log in and check "remember me on this computer" I'll always go to my personal reservations page.

Problem solved! Apparently, the user ID that I created is not the same as the one that was created by zipcar and authorized. I can log into the account I created (user ID of 'bradhowes'), but I cannot get to any reservation page. The other account has a user ID of 'bradhowes1'.
