Email Metrics: : LUSENET : Service Level Management : One Thread

We are converting from a proprietary email system to OutLook/Exchange. I am looking for 'experienced' input for SLA metrics that are most applicable, effective and reportable. Any insight on best metrics and SLA tools appreciated! Metrics being considered are below may include those listed below.

Exchange 'service' availability, log on latency, server restore times are being considered. Others are bulk mail distribution, external queue latency, and distribution list 'maintenance cycle time'.
