mIRC is a program that lets you connect to many chat servers...there you can find and dl stuff also...i use it to get anime...its fast and easy...try finding it on google..if you get it...here is a server for anime irc.rizon.net channel: #anime

Were you the retard that insulted snoopycool because they didn't have it on their website? For your information they were threatened by the manga publisher to disable the links for ippo scans. Additionally, if you happen to find any scan in english, they are most likely being translated from japanese by snoopycool. So, you lose.
