Hey I haven't heard much about this manga in a while, is there going to be a volume 29? i haven't seen any new chapter anywhere.

The volumes are released anywhere from 6 months to a year apart. You just have to be patient.

i found v 28 of a website but its been a long time now that i don't remember where i got it but i still have the bitorrent for v28 i suppose i could email it to you since its not very big, if you want

There are 29 volumes scanned and translated.The only posiible thing to do in order to get the volumes is to use IRC. #mangareaders or #mangarchive on irc.highway.

i only found 5 episodes of oh my goddess in www.animecrave.com and the movie! i think they cancelled it in japan or something, that's why they only have 5 episodes and a movie...
