Anybody who knows anything about computers, pdf files, scanning, will know the amount of work involved in this presentation.

On the same subject, I asked Dr. Fugh just WHEN does the new legislation take effect and is reply was (paraphrased) that from a strictly LEGAL point of view, it becomes effective immediately upon action of the General Conference, but as a PRACTICAL matter, it takes effect upon publication of the new Discipline. Both methods can be found across the denomination.
