The only place to get it is on Irc or DC++. If you can't use irc, then you can't use DC++ either and are basically screwed, Unless, of cource, you buy it like I did.

the hack manga isn't popular, you'd have alot of trouble finding sites to download from. Someone could have scanned the english version of hack dusk and put those online, but that is highly unlikely.

uh endless anime doesnt or im just not using it right...you have to get a user acc right? so i did and i cant login. oh yeah i think it is also just image viewing off the internet. not very usefull for a question asking for downloads....
