Don't you think real media is a great format for exchanging files over the net? just 35 megabyte to download a chobit episode from aftermath anime. IT's pretty convienient compared to downloading the huge .avi file found at anihaven.com or narutomania.

true RM is great for us 56kers but those that have cable will be able to get high quality AVIs for a short time... plus i think the new real format RMVB is better than rm

true, but Ihave cable and I still think rm saves bandwidth with allows more people to download stuff. I"m all for high latency but I won't sacrifice it for time.

RM sucks and rmvb is only marginally better. If you don't like quality files then just stream it. AVI is way better and i can play them on my DVD which is a plus *Grin*
