www.shikon-jewel.vze.com i would say this i got bored of watching Hikaru T_T but i think i can help you look for Chrno Crusade go to this site www.endless-anime.com but the media is kinda dead and alive...but if you can't wait used bittorrents and go to www.boxtorrents.com or animesuki.com or suprnova.org i don't know but don't forget to visit shikon-jewel.vze.com if u want some direct download T_T later

If by "road to hokuto" you mean the tournament that decides which player will represent japan to play the hokuto cup, it's the 700 MB file where it said something like spring special. The anime did not cover the hokuto cup.
