Total rip-off....still be glued to it on Sky but I'm not handing over £40 for a warm-up session.

I thought it seemed like good value - four games for £40. I`ve paid more than £10 to watch a friendly before. On the other other hand, I don`t pay for a season ticket, or shell out for many games. (:o)

I'll be holidaying (if the passports show up) but hopefully I shall be watching from a not too distant television screen, it is on isn't it?

I decided not to go as a sort of 'mini-protest', and have subsequently made arrangements that will prevent me from being near a Sky-enabled telly!!

I must admit that after yesterday's 'events' I wouldn't mind going now - but it's too damned late. Ah well, at least I can continue with my protest. :o{(

But I have no interest in seeing Sporting Lisbon, Rangers or Feyenoord play one another; I'm being asked to pay £20 a pop for Toon warm-up sessions. These pre-season games barely even rate as a Methodone fix whilst we're off the hard stuff.
