Well, Kazaa Lite K++ is the best route by my opinion. It took me about two days to download all three sections of it.

Well, I've downloaded my Love Hina´s from Http://www.boxtorrents.com You can find the Complete manga from there, but you have to have Bittorrent client on your computer. Without it the downloads won't work.
