I've build my own "videorecorder" on my computer/server with a videograbber card. It works well, but now I want to be able to automate the process further. I am recroding from 3 TV stations and I would like to be able to schedule the recordings i.e 14 days ahead or more. The Tv stations I record use PDC. PDC (Programme delivery control) is a european standard used by many TV staions. The signal tells a videorecorder when to start and stop recording. All programs are identified by a number i.e 20:00. Does anyone know of any videograbber cards that supports this standard ?

Hauppage might support this, but I don't live in Europe so I don't know. You could look at the Hauppage web site at http://www.hauppage.com and also do a web search for Hauppage forums you could ask this question to.
