copying downloaded movies to cd

How do I copy downloaded movies and tv shows to CD. I can only get 80 minutes worth on one. Most movies are at least 90 minutes or more. Is there a way to span over multiple cd`s?

Yes. You need a video editor. http://www.womble.com sells MPEG2VCR which can edit MPEG-1 and MPEG-2 video and MPEGVCR which only edits MPEG-1 video and is much cheaper. There are other editors, but MPEG2VCR is the only one I have used. It is also possible to split files with TMPGenc (http://www.tmpgenc.net), but many people who use it to split files have audio sync problems. All don't, but many do. If you are downloading DivX, you will have to find an AVI editor as none of the solutions I mentioned will work with AVI files. MPEG2VCR, MPEGVCR and TMPGenc only work with MPEG video. http://www.doom9.net has some stuff in the Downloads section for DivX, including an AVI editor.
