Hey, just wondering ('cos I was lazy and couldn't be bothered actually *looking* :P) Is there an Ova or second season to Hellsing? Just 'cos I saw the ending recently and really enjoyed the ideas...

Unfotunately there isn't. but i have heared rumors of a second season in planning, but they are just rumors.

There's a fast XDCC bot in anime-hq's irc channel. They have great dual audio rips. You won't have to worry about que slots and stuff. The bot seems to have quite a few send slots open. I was getting around 240kbps, maxing out my downstream.
