Play MKV files without VobSubgreenspun.com : LUSENET : Community Anime Reviews : One Thread |
Hi,I can't seem to run vobsub, it causes my computer to crash. I am able to run OGG files w/o vobsub, but MKV files seem to require vobsub. Is there a way to play MKV files w/o Vobsub (VSFilter)?

you could use a converter to change your files into another format, but I don't know what one to use for MKV files. sorry

you can download WOMP(you must have at least 128mb of ram) which is a bootable linux on a cd. It writes nothing to the hard drive and will play most video files and it's only 30MB plus its free!, downside is you cant download while your watching the file. Google.com for womp for more info
