I found it impossible to play sratched vcds on my pc. Please suggest a vcd player which can play scratched cds on computer.

If they are really badly scratched, there is not a whole lot that you can do with them.

You might getting a cd scratch remover kit and using it, or try using a different CD drive to make a backup copy of the disc.
