i am conducting a research about Video CD. I want to know where,when and how did the VCD starts in our generation?

You'll have to do a web search. VCD dates from the late 1980s. I know that Philips was involved early in the development. It was invented as the first way to store video on CD media. I know that the early years also involved CD-I as well.
