Hi i have an Olympia Cremina Espresso machine which is heating water to 185 degrees fahrenheit, when the ideal is supposed to be 197.6 or so. the only issue i know of is that i'm up at 7,650 feet above sea level, and water boils at about 202. is 185 degrees as good as it gets for me? anyone know? thanks in advance for the help. greg
