I've received an annulment of my first marriage and want to marry a divorced non-catholic who was married in the catholic church

Here's one that has me stumped. I am a divorced Catholic who has received an annulment from the church. I am planning to remarry a NON-Catholic, who is also divorced, but who was married in the Catholic church. He never obtained an annulment of his marriage. The question is: will the Catholic church marry us or does the Church consider him still married, even though he is not Catholic himself? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If he was married before, regardless of the circumstances, his previous marriage must be examined by a marriage tribunal to determine its validity - in other words to determine whether he is in fact married at this point.
