CAN'T WORK ONER 8 HS. COURT COMPLIANCE

I BELIEVE I WAS WRONGFULLY TERMINATED. THE REASON FOR MY DISMISSAL WAS BECAUSE I COULD NOT WORK PATS 5:30P.M. I AM COURT ORDERED TO COMPLY WITH MY PROP 36 CONDITIONS WHICH STATE THAT IT IS A 5 DAY A WEEK PROGRAM (WHICH I SCHEDULED SO THAT IT WOULD NOT AFFECT MY SCHEULED SHIFT OF 8 HOURS. I INFORMED MY SUPERVISOR OF THIS MATTER WEEKS BEFORE IT WENT INTO EFFECT. UNABLE TO STAY, I INFORMED THE ON DUTY SUPERVISOR THAT I NEEDED TO LEAVE AND HE SAID NO. I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HIM (WHICH WAS A PERSONAL MATTER) AND HER RESPONDED WITH A "WRITE UP". ON MY NEXT SCHEDULE DAY TO WORK WAS WHEN I WAS TERMINATED FOR INSUBORDINATION. CAN THEY REALLY DO THAT?
