Many churches are generating incomes outside of the traditional means of tithes/offering by establishing non-profit organizations. If this is permitted in our church, it could be a financial problem solver as far as money for ministry, basic operations cost, church employees, and pastor's salaries are concerned.

How do you feel about government funded programs? What are the pros/cons? Where does our church stand on this issue?
