The link is not broken. A few minutes ago I was still able to download the songs. You have to clik on the name from the song and then you see white screen whit spanish text, and you have to click at that. Than you see to option to save it on you pc.

Yes the most are working, but some of them doesn't. Besides, there's aren't all songs there, so I'm searching some which aren't here.
