if you want chobits in japanese you just have to go to http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/manga.php?id=1553 there you will see japanese site of chobits, it's the best I can do for you, for now!

just download the fansubbed ones, they have the original voices with added subtitles thats all.
