what is naruto ive never seen this anime but ive heard alot about it?

It's good. At least it has a plot and some (one?!) twist in the story. Watch the anime if you've got a lot of time and unlimited transfer connection ;) Read the manga if you want to save some time. I like to see which one will become bigger when the anime will be licensed to North America... Naruto or One piece?
