Is there really any merit to PEMF (pulsed electromagnetic field) therapy for AVN? If so, how should one persue it?

Answers

PEMF techniques have been used to enhance bone healing in fractures and other conditions. To my knowledge there has been no evidence that it is useful in the treatment of AVN, and it is not regarded as standard treatment for this condition.
