I work for Wheeling Pittsburgh Steel In Ohio.I was an Ironworker. They did away with the shops Ironworkers Pipefitters and Pumpgang. The union 1190 told us there was going to be shops, They lied. The Company posted bids. It took my seniority to get there; Now I can't use it. Before we got there the company with the unions permission let them reline the men. Now that we're in the department we can't touch them I have 30yrs A man with 5yrs has a better schedule than me. I called labor relation out of Cleveland they told me that as long as the company and union agree theres nothing I can do. Is this true. Second Opinion Thank You
