I am a herbalist looking into buying/setting up a massage/natural therapies clinic. How do I go about changing staff from contract onto wages? It seems very complicated to work out a fair wage for staff and a decent income for the business. Anyone have any ideas? Is there anyone I can talk to on this subject?

Perhaps if you will be setting up a wellness center or a spa/massage clinic. You can consider your location as well as the price you charge to your clientele to determine the wage of your employees. If you have an upscale spa and menu of services is priced high a basic salary of more than the minimum required wage here plus a commission scale for your therapists/ personnel will do.
