Where can I download Inuyasha episodes directly? Perferably I want them in English. I am interested in episode 13 and episode 99 thank you ^.^

Kazaa is all i know.... you can use Anime Kraze to get 99 but not 13, but to get 99 you have to download about 7 episodes that leads to 99 and its 1 gigabite

Try Kazaa Lite K++ for episode 99. Go to www.dbzhevan.com/main.php? id=inuyasha.html for episode 13.
