right to compete in california in conjuction of sale of a businessgreenspun.com : LUSENET : Law Of The Workplace : One Thread
My partner a year and four months ago sold a hair salon, and signed a contract not to compete or be an employee or anthing else that pertained to that business for a period of three years. They lead us to believe that working conditions would remain the same. But have changed. One of the operators was very unhappy an purchased her own shop and two of the other operators went with her. My partner and I would like to go to. Is there any cases that have a similar wording that have gone to court? And what were the results?
