Halden has exchanged in the lead to begin the 4th leg. Following is Malungs and Lynx together just less than 2 minutes behind.

Up on the 4th leg for Halden is Kjetil Bjorlo (sp?)... it's not like they get to the short leg and Halden has to bring some scrub in off the bench!

At the first TV control, Halden is holding its lead with Malungs and Lynx running together 1:43-1:45 back. Goteborg was back 3:56 running alone with noone closeby. Next, a big group of lamps are seen, perhaps 5 or 6 at least. They're stringing out in a line, growing brighter. It's Vaseterbergslagena Tampereen Py, another finnish team, Ulricehamns, Ravinen, Paimion Rasti, OK Pan Arhus, FK Friskus-Varberg, Goteborg-Majorna OK, Soedertaelje, FarumTisvilde... too many to list. These teams are 6-7 minutes back or so.

The first signs of runners approaching these controls are tiny white dots on a black background. They sort of fade and shine brightly as the runners looks back and forth. The runners are obviously not able to run exactly straight lines in this terrain. They're moving back and forth.

It's Halden in the lead at the exchange with its lead growing 3:20 ahead of Malungs and 4:05 ahead of Goteborg. Lynx and Soedertaelje were 4th and 5th. Michael Wehlin ran for Södertälje. Paimion Rasti, FK Friskus-Varberg came in 6th and 7th.

It's funny to watch the running of the finishers coming down the chute. My stream was connected at just 100Kbps the last time and the video was a bit slow to capture the leg action. The legs seem to flop around randomly at a speed completely inconsistent with the rest of the body (perhaps a bit like some kind of bizarre ancient Japanese paper puppets seen behind a rice paper curtain... or whatever).

A couple of other teams were in ahead of Friskus-V, including Ulricehamns. The webpage updates some results more slowly. Sorry.
