I am in the process of opening a coffee shop. I am considering the following machines:

* La Pavoni Bar V2 * Nouva Simonelli PROGRAM VIP PLUS * La Cimbali M32 Dosatron Tall Cup Version

Any suggestions/advice? Any other brands/models that I overlooked?
