Don't eat many raw eggs anymore, since I'm not producing my own. Even organic eggs are suspect these days I spose. Once in awhile I throw one in a smoothie, or use one to make mayonnaise. We eats lots of eggs, in fact we're havin em tonite. I'm learning how to make quick meals, since I no longer have the luxury of all-afternoon cooking.

Have to admit that I've never eaten eggs raw in any form or recipe, but I've had eggs cooked "over easy" and some weren't very pallatable to me since sometimes I could see some uncooked "white". I like poached eggs...even with a little "distinquishable" uncooked white in them 'cause all I have to do is mix up the uncooked part with the cooked :-)!
