2003 Taxes

Once again, I received a 1099-R for overpayment into my company's 401K plan. I called UBS Painewebber and spoke with Peter Flynn. He is Dennis Peacock's partner. I explained the situation to him and asked if I could just dump this money received into our traditional IRA which we already have established with UBS Painewebber. He said he thought we could. This money is considered income, not an early withdraw from the 401K as the 1099-R loosely indicates. He said Kathy and I could each contribute $3000 for tax year 2003. This would amount to a total of $6000.
